Wow, that’s quite a directive, isn’t it?
I think homeschooling lends itself to these opportunities to share God’s Word with our children at every opportunity.
I like to start the morning with Bible reading. During breakfast, I will read the chapter in Proverbs that corresponds with the day of the month. I like to read from my NASB/AMP parallel Bible and alternate between the New American Standard and the Amplified versions every other month. There are so many words of advice that really we should be chewing on one verse per day. But this is how we have been doing it.
Through the day we do school, and much of our learning is Bible-focused (we use Heart of Wisdom for Bible, history, and science).
Before bedtime we have family devotions. We’re currently working through a Smith Wigglesworth devotional and are enjoying it very much.

Beginning the day declaring truth and promises from God’s word will strengthen your family’s spirit. Speaking the Word aloud with our children is the greatest blessing we can give them.
