A Perfect Pet for Peyton: 5 Love Languages for Children Discovery Book – review and giveaway!

This couldn’t come with better timing.

My husband and I were discussing our children’s behavior and how to best “speak their language,” and the love languages of children is the focus of A Perfect Pet for Peyton.

(I also received 5 Love Languages of Children, the book for parents, and I will post my review for that book next week.)

A Perfect Pet for Peyton is an engaging story with beautiful color illustrations. A hard, shiny hardcover will withstand years of wear-and-tear, even in my house with now two avid book-readers (okay, technically, my four-year-old can’t read, but he pretends). Read the full post here →

See the Light Art Class #4 – review!

My children are enjoying learning art with Pat Knepley and See the Light Art.

I am most surprised that my almost four-year-old son is absolutely glued to the screen when Pat is teaching the class. I was thinking he would just not have the attention span. I am happy to be proven wrong :)

More than just art, See the Light also connects certain aspects of art with virtues and the Bible. Read the full post here →
